Vic Montgomery, Tim Walters and Allison Donatello of RRM Design Group make up the planning and engineering team for The Reserve at Laetitia. Vic’s 40-year career has included a number of projects that showcase his passion for open space preservation, including ag clusters at Edna Ranch, Varian Ranch and Las Ventanas/Talley Ranch. Tim is an expert in all facets of civil engineering, and has distinguished himself as a traffic engineer with two decades’ experience in all aspects of roadway design. He is adept at melding human considerations with sound planning principles. Allison pursued a Cal Poly degree in landscape architecture and planning and has been with RRM Design Group ever since. She’s steered numerous community projects through the planning process and she’s proven her ability to find creative solutions to site challenges.

Eric Hickey started his career at Laetitia Vineyard & Winery in the 1980’s and is today president and head winemaker of the world renowned winery and serves as its award winning pinot noir winemaker. Vineyard operations are under the expert eye of Lino Bozzano, third generation California farmer and Cal Poly alum, and production is managed by sparkling wine expert and vice president Dave Hickey. In 2004, Laetitia’s industry-leading commitment to sustainability led the winery to be certified as one of SLO County’s first Sustainability in Practice (SIP) operations.
George Donati, Cluster Management Consultant Pacific Vineyard Company
John Janneck, Financial Consultant
George Donati and John Janneck bring a strong combination of education and experience to their work as cluster management consultant and financial consultant, respectively. George Donati’s name is synonymous with SLO County agriculture. He is a fourth-generation agriculturist on the Central Coast, a Cal Poly grad and the general manager of Pacific Vineyard Company. John Janneck has devoted his 40+ year career to the financial side of land use and is also a California certified public accountant. He has a degree in finance and an MBA from University of Southern California, and he honed his skills at industry-leading KPMG. John’s working knowledge of both finance and land use helps guide decision makers on the financial implications of land use choices.
